The conference will take place on multiple floors, and elevators are accessible. There is step-free access to all conference rooms within the venue. For those using the shuttles between the conference hotels and the venue, they are also equipped with step-free access.

American Sign Language interpretation has been engaged for all plenaries.

Speakers have been asked to describe themselves at the beginning of each session.

Closed captioning has been requested on all videos.

Quiet Room

Room Y100 on the first floor of the Yuma building. This space can be used for any quiet needs, including prayer, meditation, and more.

Lactation Room

There is a purpose-built lactation room in Y406 on the fourth floor of the Yuma building equipped with a comfortable chair, table, refrigerator, sink, and outlets.
